Mr. Santarsiero has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of SunCepts, Inc. since November 2001. Mr. Santarsiero has extensive business experience as a private investor and retired fisherman. Mr. Santarsiero serves on the Board of Directors for Seacoast Banking Corporation of Florida (NASDAQ: SBCF).

Mr. Bressette has 35 years of experience with United Technologies Corporation.
He served in senior financial management positions up to and including
controller positions in various segments of the corporation. These positions
handled multiyear budgeting and forecasting, as well as acquisitions and
plans for establishing new business lines. He also served as lead negotiator
on many large government and commercial programs. Mr. Bressette was responsible
for establishing the accounting and reporting of various profit centers
in one of United Technologies' larger divisions. He received a Bachelor
of Science degree in accounting from the University of Hartford.

Mr. Boaz joined MediCepts, Inc. in 2007 as Chief Operating Officer.
His addition brings vast knowledge and experience in both software design and
engineering. Mr. Boaz was Founder and CEO of Scientific Software, Inc., specializing
in transaction processing software for Fortune 500 companies and recognized as an
INC 500 fastest growing privately held company. Mr. Boaz holds dual degrees in
Accounting and Engineering from The University of South Florida, Tampa, FL.

Ms. Santarsiero has served as Executive Vice President since November 2001.
Ms. Santarsiero has made significant contributions to the sales, marketing,
strategic planning, and accounting operations for SunCepts' hides division,
as well as the marketing, billing and reimbursement, and strategic planning for
SunCepts' MediCepts division. Ms. Santarsiero holds a degree in finance
from the University of Connecticut.
Daniel L. Murphy, Vice President Sales and Marketing.

Mr. Murphy joins MediCepts, Inc. in 2007 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
He brings with him a diverse twenty five years experience in sales and marketing
to health care providers as well as solid product and industry knowledge.
Mr. Murphy's most recent experience with Gym Source, a New York based company,
has added to his expertise in the needs of rehabilitation facilities in developing
their core requirements and targeting their capital equipment needs.
Mr. Murphy holds both a Bachelor of Science and Master Degree in Health and Human
Performance from the University of Florida. Mr. Murphy is also an ongoing participant
in the Sandler Sales Institute for Sales Management Training, an Athletic Trainer and
a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
